Formally the location for Auburn Spark Plug Factory (SL Spark Plug) which was bought by KyleCroft Development, LLC in 2008.  The unique 60,000 sq/ft turn of the century brick structure is a perfect place to put your new or existing business.  

 

The Spark Plug Factory as of Spring 2014 is the new headquarters for Cayuga Seneca Community Action Agency (CSCAA).

The restaurant is a downtown renovation project by KyleCroft Development, LLC.  Visionary design by Jill Fudo Architecture took a long abandoned waterfront commercial garage in downtown Auburn, and will breath new life and excitement into the downtown scene.  

 

Dad's Garage Restaurnt will not only provide new and exciting cuisine and drinks but will also help in the revitalization of the waterfront in Downtown Auburn.  Over 90 seats are available on the outdoor patio for all those looking to enjoy the sunshine and a great meal.

The Nolan Block redevelopment is a mixed
use rehabilitation of 20,000 square feet of historic downtown Auburn, New York property.  Previous to current ownership by Nolan Block LLC, the building was condemned for code violations and all residents and commercial tenants were forced to relocate.  
Upgraded storefront space will create space for new businesses to be created, and for existing businesses to expand. The second and third stories of the buildings will be converted to 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments equipped with an elevator.
