KyleCroft Development is a woman-owned family development company, headquartered in Auburn, New York. The company was formed in 2008 with the return of Grant Kyle specializing in factory building redevelopment.  KyleCroft Development, LLC has a diversified real estate portfolio including residential apartments, commercial office, subdivision housing and light manufacturing space.   

Carolyn is the Owner and President of KyleCroft Development, LLC.  KyleCroft Development, LLC is a registered Women Owned Business (WOB).  

Grant is the company's Project Manager who oversees and manages all leasing inqueries, construction management, and design services.  

Our management coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations of the business, as well as communicating with customers and tenants.
